Responsible for the IWS governance and implementation in 5 different factories and 3 different Business Categories. Coaching the different local teams and site leadership team on core IWS competencies while delivering the business results and plant controllable costs. Accountable for the overall regional business results and organisation (re)design and transformation.
Responsible for construction and installation of making, process, utilities installation and start up. Ensuring timely delivery of the works, according to the deliverables and within budget.
Responsible for the implementation of Integrated Work System (IWS) in the Danone sites in Netherlands, Belgium and France. Coaching the full plant leadership team (Plant director, Operational directors, Improvement Manager, Quality and operational team managers) on IWS principles and methodologies to ultimately improve the Process Reliability of the lines, boosting throughput.
Responsible for the launch, implementation, documentation and training of a new Operating System in the production site. Managed the project budget, trained >260 people on the use of the new system.
