Responsible for all HR processes at entity level in close business partnership & cooperation with the corporate HR Competence Centers. Supervising 1 HR Business Partner. Member of the entity’s Management Committee & the company’s HRM Team.
Managed the staffing process (external recruitment & internal selection) for executive positions from sourcing strategy to contracting, mainly within the "métiers" Power Generation & Renewables in Belgium & France. Performed competency based interviews and analyzed personality questionnaires & reasoning ability tests. Coached executive profiles in the framework of internal mobility.
Managed a local recruitment team of 6 including recruiters, recruitment assistants and an administrative support, providing a recruitment & selection service from sourcing to contracting. Contributed actively to the employer branding and partnered with schools & universities in the Brussels & Walloon Regions. Developed good relations and built trust within the business. Member of the corporate recruitment core team.
