Having the opportunity to give our customers a new experience in purchasing a total solution for there mobility, I will use all of my 18 years Audi knowledge and combine that with my open mind vision. In my enthousiasme I will drive my colleagues to delight our customers as a team so our customers will always be gently supported, from the purchase, maintenance, repair, body repair, to selling their Audi.
I'm responsible for everything that concerns sales of the new and the second hand cars. Business planning, Marketing, Quality management, people management, Customer Satesfactory Survey, Lead, showroom and parking of the concession. For the moment I have two salesadvisors, two informants and the administration for new and second hand cars under my responsibility.
I sold new projects, did some marketing and strategic work in East and West Flanders.
