- Conducting software engineer pre-interview processes, interviews, reference check, preparing compensation package, job proposal processes for white collar positions, - Organizing, following and improving Vestel 13. Management Trainee project in every process with more than 15.000 applications, - Execution of operational processes of recruitment, - Working on improving and developing recruitment processes, - Creating new projects such as Part-Time Student Project or / and Employee Engagement, - Being responsible for human resources audit processes, - Taking part of regulation of recruitment processes within the scope of personal data protection law, - Preparing human resources metrics, - Taking part in a learning organization project, - Participating student summits & recruitment activities to meet junior talents.
• Responsible For All Recruitment Process - White Collar (Software & non Software & Engineering roles) / Blue Collar (Technicians & Operators). • Posting job ads via career portals. Making phone interviews, conducting face-to-face interviews. Making reference check of positive candidates. Updating the candidates as required in the database. • Conducting the On-the-Job Training Program of Iskur- following up program and payroll, summer and winter internship programs. • Following up of employees with fixed-term employment contracts. • Conducting all position change & rotation process. • Responsible for the orientation program organization for newcomers. • Coordinating learning and development for departments - Bosch Academy. • Responsible of updating personnel records of newcomers and leavers (SGK, SAP). • Following up the resignation process and conducting exit interviews. • Support for the processing of absenteeism of employees to the Personnel Attendance Control System via WinTime. • Support for administrative affairs. • Daily office work and 5S work in the office and archive
