Project Execution: - National Museum of Qatar. (NMoQ). Responsibilities: - • Develop, Implement & Monitor planned preventives maintenance, re-active maintenance & predictive maintenance to ensure proper & efficient functioning of equipment & system on time and within the budget. • Conduct regular facilities inspection & Document it. • Respond quickly in case of emergencies. • Ensure and comply company EH&S rules and requirement are met at work place. • Ensure mitigation of potential hazards thoroughly reporting. • Always recommend and implement improved EH&S practices at work place. • Develop & Implement best practice & processes to increase workflow efficiencies. • Plan and monitor appropriate facility management staffing levels. • Obtain quotes and tenders from vendors, suppliers, & subcontractors • Compare & Negotiate costs for goods and service contracts to maximize cost-effectiveness. • Coordinate and monitor activities of subcontractor’s completed work are met with delivery schedules, quantity and quality criteria. • Identifying opportunities to conserve of water, light & Energy for Green certification. • Comply with the Key Maintenance Performance Indicators (KPI), Service Level Agreement (SLA) as specified by maintenance department. • Sourcing and maintaining of spare parts and supply in accordance with operational needs. Responsibilities: - • Planning, scheduling and execution of all FM based corrective and Preventive Maintenance Activities. • Assist facility manager in expense budgeting and reporting the daily progress of facilities management activities. • Planning & prioritizing works to be complete within the time frame. • Coordinating with Client's Project departments / HSE Departments / Operation department for obtaining the permits to work (PTW). • Review and oversee the operation and maintenance are carried out with proper documentations like MS. Project Execution: - Daman (5B+5P+59L+R Storied Building), HHHR (2P+G+70L) Iris Bay Dubai Metro Jumeirah & Rashidiya Car Parking(G+6F+R) Responsibilities: - • Controlling project schedules and costs, Leading and motivating a multi- Cultural team of Engineers, Supervisors, and Draughtsman. • Reviews and interprets contract Terms and Conditions and scope of works. • Supervise on site activities & resolve outstanding issues. • Attend daily construction meeting & interact with consultants, contractors. • Review bill of quantity of pipes, fittings & valves etc. • Supervise the production of drawings in accordance with NFPA codes & contract drawing. & ensure that all services are coordinated with firefighting design drawing. • Internal follow up for timely submittal and approval of materials, shop drawings & methods of statements. • Submit daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports to client / consultant as per contract requirements after collecting data from various departments. • Coordinate & liaise with QS department to maintain variation register and ensure that changes /variations are informed to all concerned departments. • Obtain the civil defense approval certificates. • At Project close out, coordinate the production of as built drawings and O&M manuals to ensure these are delivered as per contract requirements. Project Execution: (Palm Jumeirah Vehicular Tunnel. Project) Responsibilities: - • Planning, designing and managing all aspect of tunnel projects. • Reviewing the MEP design drawing and specification of MEP equipment for the tunnel. • Prepare bill of quantities of materials and procure the materials. • Obtain prior approval and written clearances from Consultants for MEP installation. • Meeting with engineering teams to discuss the issues related to MEP works. • Providing technical support on issues related to tunnel ventilation, air conditioning and MEP installation, Building automation and control system. • Supervise the onsite mechanical activities (MEP). • Maintain daily record of the completed activities such as man power on site / machines, tools machines, tools. • Participate in daily tool-box & safety meetings with worker crew, review work • Operations, Maintenance, Testing & Commissioning of MEP Services. • Ensure installation, erection, operations, maintenance and commissioning of Electro-Mechanical services and systems like Plumbing, Drainage, HVAC, Fire Fighting (fire alarm & detection), Ventilation, Power Distribution, Lighting, Telecommunication, Traffic Management are as per approved drawings / specifications, all statutory codes and practices are followed. • Utilised thorough operational knowledge of various systems like, SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), VSD (Video Smoke Detection), and AID (Automatic Incident Detection) for effective project execution. • Conduct inspection of completed work jointly with the consultant. • Monitor, coordinate and regulate the activities of work crew and subcontractors. • Witnessed testing and commissioning of MEP services. • Supervise and manage traffic management in coordination with Government department.
