Project Engineering Leadership: Provide comprehensive technical direction across process, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines to ensure seamless design integration. ● Technical Specification: Lead the specification and evaluation of critical ASU equipment, including Main Air Compressors (MAC), Expansion Turbines, Cold Boxes, and Distillation Columns. ● Business Development (Parallel Role): Support strategic growth by identifying technical value propositions for new bids, conducting feasibility studies, and aligning technical solutions with client-specific project requirements. ● Risk & Quality Management: Facilitate HAZOP studies and 3D model reviews; lead technical risk assessments to ensure the reliability and safety of cryogenic operations. ● Milestone Management: Collaborate with the Project Manager to align engineering deliverables with budget constraints and global project schedule
To lead the project, present project status, critical issues, mitigation / action plans to client and management. coordinating all activity with client, onsite team and with offshore team. To provide supporting function in Procurement and Construction interfaces / interdependencies To establish execution plans, project specific procedures, and ensure they are implemented within teams. To manage and lead multi-discipline Engineering Teams Responsible for Cost, Schedule, quality and HSES requirements of the project To ensures the project Quality Management System supports deliverables preparation and method of execution. To participate in design reviews such as HAZOP, 3D models of Plant & packages.
Responsible for coordinating of all activities with clients, onsite teams and offshore teams. Responsible for weekly and monthly project progress report, identify bottlenecks, if any take corrective actions. Responsible for review of all deliverables prior to submission to client to ensure quality and timely delivery. Instrumental in coordinating all activities in the project with concerned disciplines. Responsible for providing solution to design problem, queries raised by clients and obtaining approval for deliverables from client/consultant. Accountable for developing and implementing best practices and SPOS to achieve organizational excellence and resulting in reduction in execution time. Extended expertise in pipeline for Offshore, Piping and Mechanical system in plant engineering as well as underground piping, project planning &Management, client communications and team management.
Operation, Maintenance and Commissioning of Air Separation Unit (Oxygen Plant) & PGP (Compressed Medical & Industrial Gas Cylinder filling unit) as team leader. Revamp of existing plant to increase production capacity. Review of P&ID, PFD, Plant Layout, Process data sheet, Thermal & Material balance calculation. Review of Plant 3D Model with Internal discipline. HAZOP Study. Review and approval of MOC to change in plant operation. Procurement of major equipment (Compressor, Pump etc.), bulk materials (Piping Materials, valves etc.) and consumable (Lube Oil, Greasing material, electrode etc.) related to Project and plant operation. To achieve ZERO incident target with consolidated teamwork. Liaison with Government authority to renewal Factory license, drug license, Fire license etc. and to comply norms as per pollution control board. Strategic planning to reduce plant OPEX Participation in Audit with Third Party in other Linde owned Oxygen plant
Floating inquiry to vendor, data sheet evaluation, technically freezing & commercial negotiation. Procurement of Compressor, Pump, Valve, Steam Heater/Electric Heater, Air Filter, Heat Exchanger, chemicals, consumables etc. HAZOP Study & 3D Model review. Review of Plot plan, P&ID, PFD, Process Data sheet. Review of Thermal rating of Heat Exchanger. Review of Pump’s NPSH Calculation, Safety Valve Sizing Calculation, Line Sizing Review of Interlock description and Plant operation & maintenance manual preparation Mechanical & Civil contractor finalization for site work. Vendor development. Monthly Project Progress report preparation. Drawing & Document list preparation and submission to PMC/Client for approval. Co-ordination with Client/PMC, Internal Discipline, Third Party Inspection Agency. Project Cost optimization.
