- In partnership with the University of Florida and Tecnológico de Monterrey, I completed a virtual exchange where I conducted statistical analysis on large datasets in Italy on Excel and MATLAB to identify trends and correlations over 3 decades - Delivered multiple presentations of findings to an international academic audience, developing the ability to communicate complex data in an accessible manner -Collaborated with global peers to peer-review and explore cross-cultural approaches to giving and receiving feedback.
- Attended the 'She Makes a Difference: Women in Technology' event where an insightful panel of women discussed strategies to navigate in a male-dominated industry. -Gained actionable advice from personal anecdotes about overcoming gender barriers in technology, and connected with inspiring females in the industry. -Participated in a Q&A session that highlighted the opportunities within BNP Paribas and provided a deeper understanding of the company values and its commitment to diversity and inclusion
