I'm a Software Architect with a strong foundation in engineering, driven to build systems that deliver real value — whether for customers or for internal engineering teams. My role today spans two focus areas: - Modernizing customer-facing products across the NAB's digital channels, including Internet and Mobile Banking, by transitioning from monolithic systems to microservices and micro front-end based architectures. - Leading enterprise-wide initiatives to drive engineering productivity up, champion architectural patterns, enhance platform excellence through Architecture-as-Code — enabling automation of architecture and application design, industrializing reusable design patterns as code, and embedding automated governance. I work across the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery - collaborating from shaping features and refining requirements to leading architecture, design, and ensuring operational readiness. Over the years, I have worked with Australian and international companies, contributing to products and technology capabilities that create real customer impact. This has included delivering customer facing digital banking features, NAB's Australia's CDR (Open Banking) platform - where I represented NAB in shaping the initial banking industry standards, and working across technology solutions involving GenAI, APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, cloud infrastructure, observability platforms, and IT service management systems. A generalist at heart, I enjoy working across different areas of technology and contributing wherever I can make a difference. I actively mentor engineers, take part in hackathons, help teams shape their ideas, and contribute to initiatives that encourage learning and collaboration.
