I’m always active and passionate about what I do and love motivating others in the same way. I welcome change and flowing with the breeze as I believe that each experience I gain connects to the next one in some way that helps me get better. I took part in many start-ups (social media apps, financial funds, B2B marketplace ideas...) events, hackathons (mostly involving new technologies such as IoT), competitions (such as FRC), and conferences (both organized and joined), all in hopes of gathering novel ways of thinking and expand my perspective. I always enjoy what I do and motivate myself and the people around me before even noticing. I believe that I have high emotional intelligence. Being high in empathy gives me an edge in terms of communication skills; I can tune into people’s tones and have a friendly chat with almost anyone. This ability not only helps me understand people but also makes it easier to quickly pinpoint what they need. I have my own e-commerce business where I sell personalized gifts in Etsy. I have received over 800 reviews so far, and they are all 5-stars, many of them suggesting that it was the best customer service they have ever received. My customers are gift buyers, and I believe that if I can give them a brief moment of happiness at the very least, then I’m happy too. So are the ones to receive those gifts. I grew up watching my father navigate the highs and lows of his business journey. From humble beginnings, he pioneered Ertuğ Metal in the iron casting industry. Now, it's not only my responsibility but also my privilege to uphold his legacy. My own journey at Ertuğ Metal commenced with immersing myself in every aspect of the foundry operations, laying the groundwork for my role as a proficient sales and marketing executive. Lastly, I have played violin for 9 years (I took both private and conservatory education). I even had a chance to play with Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra once. I have always given importance to my mental and physical health. So, I have been doing many kinds of sports from martial arts to Pilates, and mind-body coherence exercises such as transformational breathing.
