As a software engineering intern at Tublian, I am participating in a remote training and mentorship program led by Tublian experts. Additionally, I am contributing to open-source projects to improve my skills and expand my professional network. Through these experiences, I aim to become a more proficient software engineer
During my internship at Afriland first bank, I was assigned the task of studying and understanding all the different sectors within the bank. My goal was to identify and select a sector that could be improved through digitalization or by enhancing the existing technology. I focused on streamlining the system of working reports produced, processed, and monitored by the staff and management team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. To accomplish this, I utilized Springboot and Java to develop an application that could digitize the process
I worked on developing a native mobile application using Kotlin. My primary responsibility was to handle the backend of the application, which involved server-side communication and requests for any functionalities. We created APIs for our application's backend, which needed to communicate directly with the server. All the operations were stored on the server and accessed as needed.
