A successful and experienced Project Manager and Supply Chain Programme Manager with over 25 years of experience in the Defence, Aerospace and Automotive industries to executive level. A highly-motivated individual with proven strong interpersonal and negotiation skills who has been responsible for managing programmes with budgets up to £250m. Has a proven track record of successfully managing projects to deadlines and budgets utilising good project management methodology and is especially experienced in taking on problem programmes, re-planning and delivering them to a successful conclusion.     Initially involved in managing a problem supplier through the FAA conformity process on a major US Air to Air Refuelling (AAR) programme, I was then tasked with managing all project aspects of the wing mounted AAR system on the Airbus A400M programme. This work included the replanning of the entry in to service activities as well as closing out aspects of the engineering programme including final certification of the system and 3 tranches of modification activity as well as resolving some serious programmatic issues with the ground support equipment.
