I am a performance-driven senior professional offering 20+ years of robust experience leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives as well as delivering business improvement projects including capital projects to enable improvements in customer and business value. Defined delivery policy as basis for systematic performance measurement. • Six Sigma Cluster Project (2006 – 2008) (Pharmaceutical compliance of supply process for medical gas cylinders): Saved operational costs by 50% and successfully increased compliance index of depots from 50% to 93%. • Six Sigma Project (2005) (Increase profitability of indirect sales channel “Gas & More” (G&M)): Increased profitability in smaller customer cylinder business by refining marketing concept, defining interfaces to indirect sales network as well as roll-out of G&M centres across Germany. • Six Sigma Project (2004) (Route Optimisation and increase of asset utilisation (truck fleet) in Bulk Distribution): Slashed distribution costs and fleet size. Increased time utilization per vehicle in Switzerland as well as productivity.
I hold accountability to design, implement, and execute Lean Six Sigma program within Global Distribution (GD) organisation. I utilise strategic aucmen in selecting and training 46 Black and Green Belts as well as executing improvement activities in alignment with GD strategy and financial targets. I successfully improve global strategic projects in GD through project management office. I effectively implement Lean Six Sigma standards, lead project approval and gate review processes. • Led the implementation of Six Sigma program in eight DCs and developed Lean Six Sigma maturity from basic to advanced level. • Spearheaded and delivered €1M project benefits in 2019/20, €0.7M in 2020/21. • Delivered training to 46 Belts (GBs and BBs) as well as orchestrated champion's training sessions for all managers and awareness training (different skill levels) for all operators in GD.
I led end-to-end product development and global launch project from inception to completion, including 28 FTEs and capex budget of €2.5M. I successfully developed and introduced Six Sigma in the organisation including Six Sigma trainings for executives, sponsors, project managers (BBs and GBs). I piloted cluster projects while leading and coaching part- and full-time BBs and GBs as well as project management office. • Saved €500K costs by delivering Lean Sigma cluster project “Production efficiency improvement in medicinal filling plant” within the agreed timeframe and budget. • Introduced and arranged GB training sessions for 100 GBs globally; executive, sponsors, or awareness trainings for 200 people.
