Operations manager multi customer warehouse Consumer goods managing 40000 m2 warehouse with 7 operations, 4 operational coordinators , supervisors & team leaders and +/- 70 blue collars. Ensure operational quality and commercial interests, management of people and coaching of trainees.
- Leading the Start-up team (10 direct reports), - Implement & organize production-and machine planning. - Insure quality specifications while implementing new product items. - Leading Production Administration team (3 direct reports) - Analyze administration data systems (SAP, POF, CLASS...) and communicating and initiating appropriate actions with other departments such as logistics, quality and planning . - Developing & implementing the site training strategy (1 direct report) - Coordinating Contractor activities
- Steering 5 operations teams in FC production process (5 direct and 125 indirect reports), - Monitoring KPI's on daily basis - Performance management for 5 team coaches - Employee recruitment and selection - Managing and developing all operations staff in cooperation with HR - Representing management in syndical delegation, safety committee and works council. - Initiating/implementing operating and EHS optimizations involving and engaging work groups. - Coordinate and follow up on internal and external audits.
