Started as a Product Owner for Growth, then worked with Discover: a cross-functional team focused around user Acquisition and supporting the process of discovering Typeform and putting the brand out there. Our responsibilities included Typeform's Public Web properties (Public Website, Blog, Help Center, Developer Portal) and leveraging external integrations to acquire new users.
-Led the Self-Service Adoption Program, working with a cross-functional remote team of designers and engineers in NYC, Colombia, Argentina and Venezuela. - Implemented Client-facing initiatives (on DIRECTV's website, through SMS campaigns and social media) and Agent-facing initiatives (through calls, emails and via chat).
Led the chat and messaging efforts for DIRECTV's Customer Care vertical in Latin America (text-based customer support for DIRECTV's clients in 9 countries: CO, AR, VE, PE, EC, CR, CH, UR, PR). -Increased visibility in key Customer Satisfaction metrics, such as Satisfaction Surveys Response Rates which went from 17% to 70% through optimization efforts using A/B testing strategies. -Decreased abandon rates by up to 16% using Agile Experiments that involved changes in UI/UX and copy. -Reduced Average Handle Times by 2 minutes for chat sessions through improvements in the chat window.
Android and iOS messaging app through which users could send messages to their friends that become available when they want them to (Send messages that show at a specific time in the future). -Worked closely with users to define the brand's identity, build the wireframes, prototypes, an Android and iOS app and iterate based on feedback. -Developed the iOS app in Objective-C. -Led a team to execute the vision, build the brand, API and Android app.
