At MongoDB, I lead a multidisciplinary team at the intersection of technical innovation, storytelling, and strategic industry alignment. My team includes professionals spanning content creation, demo engineering, and technical experts who collaborate closely with industry subject matter experts to shape relevant, impactful narratives and assets. We're responsible for crafting compelling, real-world demos and reference architectures that showcase MongoDB’s value across diverse industries. This includes overseeing the end-to-end process of demo ideation, design, and development—ensuring that technical accuracy and strategic impact go hand in hand. My role bridges product expertise, content strategy, and technical leadership—ensuring that everything from demo assets to strategic guidance aligns with MongoDB’s broader vision and the evolving needs of our customers.

Decommissioning Policies ForHumanity is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing the Ethics, Bias, Privacy, Trust, and Cybersecurity in artificial intelligence and autonomous systems. ForHumanity uses an open and transparent process that draws from a pool of over 550+ international contributors to construct audit criteria, certification schemes, and educational programs for legal and compliance professionals, educators, auditors, developers, and legislators to mitigate bias, enhance ethics, protect privacy, build trust, improve cybersecurity, and drive accountability and transparency in AI and autonomous systems. ForHumanity supports and serves government agencies and instrumentalities to manage risk associated with AI and autonomous systems.
