During the summer season, I was employed as a receptionist at Hotel Sacher, where I was responsible for greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, processing reservations, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion. I collaborated closely with the front office and concierge teams to ensure seamless service and uphold the hotel’s high standards of hospitality. This position allowed me to strengthen my communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while gaining valuable insights into luxury hotel operations.
During the summer season, I worked as a waiter and was responsible for ensuring smooth service operations. My tasks included taking orders, serving food and drinks, assisting guests, and supporting the team in the daily restaurant workflow.
