- Managing the Production team with over 130 members - Managing the Process Engineering team - 18 direct reports - Lead Change Pilot in Spain
- From Nov. 2022 also Deputy Plant Manager - From July 2020 also nominated Change Pilot and Great place to Work coordinator - Leading a 10 people team including Quality Office, Metrology and Laboratory. - In charge of the Plant Quality System (Automotive, Industrial Solutions and Furniture). - Managing supplier and customer relationships (Tier 1 of Toyota, VW, Audi, Seat, Daimler, Ford, PSA, Renault, Nissan, Porsche). - Certified process and system auditor. - Responsible for the plant certification according to ISO TS16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015 and to the customer standards (like VDA 6.3, FORD Q1, PSA QSB+, etc.)
- Implementation of the Rehau Production System on site. - Coordination of a multidisciplinary team and CIP workshops. - Implementation of CIP tools: 5S, SMED, Kanban, VSM, Problem solving methodologies (5Why?, Ishikawa,etc.).
- Responsible for the internal and external quality of foundry parts like turbines, brake disks and engine braces as Tier 1 supplier for the automotive industriy. - Customer Management of English and German spoken customers: VW, Ford, Volvo, Garret, ZF, etc. - Project Management for new parts.
- Performance of metallographic tests and validation of heat treatments and surface coatings.
