Contribution to the Dynamic Probabilistic Risk Assessment of cascading outages leading the studied electrical grid to blackout. Focus on the influence of static distance protection incorrect operations. Development and implementation of a Monte Carlo Dynamic Event Tree (MCDET) approach within the dynamic simulator EUROSTAG (API - Python). Comparison to a Monte Carlo (MC) simulation through the efficiency of the simulations (Figure of Merit).
