• Implement WiFi across 18 warehouses as part of a Supply chain Project • Improve SAP environment with Cloud connector and Web dispatcher • Migrate SD-WAN at 62 sites • Implement Aruba Central at 58 sites • Migrating to private cloud and upgrading 163 servers running outdated versions of Windows and Linux • Consolidate France Active Directory into the Global Active Directory (#4000 users) • Prepare and deliver a weekly report on France-based projects to the US CTO

• Lead the overall IT foundation program to build one unique Active Directory in Azure for all the branches • Core IT team spread across the USA, Germany, and France. • Global deployment including IT teams/representatives all over the world (72 sites, 32 countries) • Manage planning, risks, KPIs, and other PMO-related tasks • Monitor and distribute the workload to the team and set priorities between service continuity and project needs • Lead change management effort (technical and human) for the project • Provide regular program status updates directly to the US CIO • Adapt project organization as needed
