Full technical and organisational operational accountability in the Design, global Operations Readiness, Commissioning and Operations of the Vioneo assets. Vioneo is pioneering fossil-free plastics production based on green methanol. First production site to be built in China.
LPIC project consists of a complete Petrochemical Site including a gaz extraction plant, a mixed feed Steam Cracker, 3 polymer plants (LLDPE, HDPE, PP) and 2 treatment units (MTBE & PyGaz) units, in addition to all required utilities. Site will be integrated in Sohar OQ complex with existing refinery, Aromatics plant and one PP plant. Main role deliverable is to constitute and train Operations team, insure commissioning liaising with selected EPC contractors (4), prepare and deliver overall Commissioning and Startup Readiness Plan across all functions in OQ, carry out Operational Readiness Assurance, and achieve safe and timely startup. Past startup, will endorse full accountability for integrated operations of the complex from all aspects within OQ company
NaphtaChimie is a legally indpendant and accountable Joint Venture, with equal split between two shareholders TOTAL & INEOS. The company processes feedstocks provided by Shareholders in order to produce Ethylene, Propylene, Butadiene and GAzoline cuts to produce Benzene. The key asset is a mixed feed naphta based ethylene plant (capacity >700kty ethylene). The company is installed on a full scale platform on which other parties are installed (Ineos, Kem One, Arkema, OXO, Appryl, Air Liquide): NaphtaChimie also acts as a utilities provider for the full platform, as well as service providing (ressource, HSE, waste water management). Hence the company operates other major utilities provision assets (water, steam, electrcity, air, nitrogen, waste water).
Full Operations Responsibility for QAPCO plant in Qatar (Ethylene 720kty, LDPE 420 kty, LLDPE 450kty + all maintenance, logistics, lab & HSE associated activity).
