Managing 3 big Distribution Centres; a Fresh Food Distribution Centre (Cold Chain logistics) and 2 Automated Distribution Centres in Jurong. The latest is the Automated Storage & CaddyPick DC, the 1st in Asia Pacific & 4th country in the world, to implement the Automated CaddyPick System. The combined logistics operations handled >100,000 cartons of fresh food, processed food and groceries, delivering them in about 350 trips (10 tonne trucks) to over 280 FairPrice stores everyday.
SNT manages the Dell Computer and Epson efulfillment chain in Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore. I had 4 regional logistics Hubs reporting their performance metrics, cost measurements and productivity.
