Employees are highly niche skills teams from Human Resources, Geographical Services, Finance, Workplace, Business Operations, Marketing + Communications and Global Legal Team and Strategy and Consulting practice in the Philippines. • I am part of core team that set up Strategy and Consulting practice in the Philippines During my leadership, I lead multiple change management and workforce transformations within Corporate Functions. Responsible to design and co- create talent agenda to meet strategic business objectives and Philippines' Enterprise-wide priorities. • Provides end to end talent solutions for different Corporate functions teams and Strategy and Consulting teams in areas of Talent Management, Talent Development, Talent Retention and Engagement, Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition.
Responsible for Human Capital Strategy- Talent Management and Strategy, I&D and Organization Culture HR Strategy • Responsible for defining, developing, implementing, and managing HR strategies are appropriately embedded in the context of our business and human capital strategy for each service entity supported, Corporate Functions and CX Operations. Combined headcount supported for both service unit of CF and CX Ops is ~32,000. • Assess current capabilities and culture of the CF and CX Operations organization and identify gaps that must be addressed to successfully implement the HR strategy • Oversee and monitor the implementation of the overall service unit strategy. Inclusion and Diversity • Translating the global inclusion and diversity strategy into the business group priorities. • Deliver global inclusion and diversity programs at the market unit / GU level for existing and new segments of diversity thru localization of solutions design, implementation and priority settings. Talent Management and Strategy • End to end responsibility on human capital design, development and implementation in the service unit. • Responsible for the effective design and smooth deployment of the engagement survey. Structures framework to drive the action planning and incorporate market best practices into our analysis and programs.
Handled Training and Quality team and Operations (Service Delivery) Training & Quality • Heads Training and Quality. Responsible in design and implementation of new hire process, recruiting, nesting, trainer and quality team balanced scorecards . Operations • Responsible in managing over all service delivery in one of the US Telco DSL client. • Handles team performance analysis and client presentations and client interfacing.
Responsible in ensuring tactical and operational plans are executed and deliverables are met by the outsource call center partner. Manage business improvements and key strategies to ensure the partner's performance metrics are met. Responsible in approving module creations for uptrainings, product updates, and all communication to the partner.
