About

I work where remote teams figure out how actually to run. For 4 years, I've recruited programmers, artists, and staff across Indonesia, SEA, the US, and Europe for our internal companies, various agencies, ecommerce brands, and SaaS teams. My recruitment work spans LimeCommerce and our portfolio companies — Stairway Games, Shieldtag, LoyaltyNow, and Walepay. Doing both sales and recruitment in parallel taught me one thing: the real problem isn't finding good people. It's building systems that prove their work is real. Too often I watched the gap break trust on both sides. Clients paying for hours that never showed up. Good remote workers struggling to make their output visible. Bad systems quietly destroying relationships that should have lasted years. Right now, I split my time between these roles: → At LimeCommerce: sales and partnerships for our 16-person fully distributed team building Magento and Shopify stores. We keep clients patched, audited, and stable for years. → At Timemoz: our founder built a remote team visibility tool because every other tracker we tried felt like surveillance or hid the features we needed. → Recruitment continues across the portfolio: actively hiring for Stairway Games and others. If you're a remote developer or artist looking for creative international teams, my inbox is open. 📩 [email protected] | [email protected]
