- Ensuring production stability and overall health of Windows® Servers. - Handles incident management, service request, and change management for Commonwealth Bank of Australia. - Patch server upgrades such as installing latest Java versions / Blade firmware server upgrades / -- Reboot server using Power Shell, CMD, ILO, HPSM, Dell OMSA. Assisting HP technical support engineer on Hardware replacement / Battery physical disk power supply / backplane. - Administers HP BladeSystem c3000/c7000 Enclosures using HP Onboard Administrator. - Administers Citrix XenApp 4.5, 5.0 and 6.5 infrastructure. - Administers and configures disk management as well as maintaining the integrity of file system. - Part of a team that manages and maintains more than 2,500+ Windows Servers. - Proactive in anticipating issues or situations which impact service availability as well as critical response time and takes necessary mitigation steps to restore the service as soon as possible. - Complies with the ITSM & SLA standards. - Practices Incident and Change Management as per the outlined process - Ensures all cases are acted upon according to the SLA. - Ensures service operation uses best practices for optimal delivery of service to the customer. - Collaborates with 3rd party vendor and onsite personnel in troubleshooting hardware related failure. - Manages and maintains Windows® Server 2000/2003/2008/2012. - Continuously pass and improve PMPi Process Assessment
