• Deliver end to end recruitment services for Europe. • Manage simultaneously multiple recruitment projects in a large, fast-paced and complex environment. • Internal and external Customer Relationship Management. • Work closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define the role requirements and the recruitment strategy. • Source talent by identifying and implementing different sourcing methodologies in international markets. • Review the candidates, conduct interviews and provide short lists for each vacancy. • Offer management.
