- Team lead for inventory management of Alexa prototype devices - Communicate effectively with Alexa Preview Beta Owners and other stakeholders to execute project plan and drive delivery of Alexa devices - Manage day-to-day planning and execution of Operations tasks across multiple programs, and provide input on team capacity and resourcing - Collect, track, and present metrics related to processes, team accuracy, and efficiency, and drive improvements pertaining to throughput and cost - Create and design the Alexa Preview Team’s wiki, improving and updating standard operation procedure documentation
- Verify merchandising information by following data program techniques and procedures - Enter and maintain information within Nordstrom’s merchandising system – item vendor setup, item/price maintenance, purchase order management responsibilities - Communicate with business counterparts to identify item setup procedures, potential issues, and process training - Identify and communicate new best practices and efficiencies for knowledge sharing across teams and divisions
