I’m in the business of building relationships, bringing solutions, and helping women in their becoming. I am the CEO and Founder of Madison / Savile, a purpose-driven lifestyle brand of women’s blazers and suits designed to empower women to step into their presence, confidence, and power. Each piece is intentionally crafted and lined with affirmations, serving as a reminder that what you wear can support who you’re becoming—professionally and personally. Madison / Savile was born from my own journey navigating corporate leadership, identity, and self-belief—bridging structure with creativity, confidence with edge. The brand exists to walk alongside women as they evolve, lead, and redefine success on their own terms. In parallel, I serve as Director of Strategic Client Accounts at RGP, where I partner with clients to understand their challenges, connect the right talent to the right opportunities, and drive meaningful, long-term outcomes. With a background in consulting and finance, I bring a strategic, relationship-first approach to client growth—helping organizations navigate change while building trust and momentum. Prior to founding Madison / Savile, I spent over 15 years in finance, project management, and consulting, working with public and privately held companies across technology, retail, media and manufacturing. My experience spans Enterprise Risk Management, Internal & External Audit, Information Systems, and large-scale transformation initiatives, giving me a deep understanding of how organizations operate and evolve. Whether I’m partnering with clients at RGP or building a brand through Madison / Savile, my work is rooted in the same core belief: relationships drive results, and alignment creates impact.
