Develops new design/analysis processes and tools to improve the effectiveness, quality and efficiency of the development effort. Investigates emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements. Identifies, develops, and defines functional and physical requirements in conjunction with other organizations by reviewing previous designs/lessons learned, regulatory requirements.
• Assisted customer testing requirements for Boeing ENOVIA LCA software application. Perform unit testing of software by executing regression test scripts, status testing results and evaluating test scripts for accuracy. • Perform CRs (Change Request) testing to validate functionality. • Provide new test script for new functionality per specification document, including test data. • Perform maintenance on existing scripts by updating corrections found in testing or functionality changes. • Performed Testing on the ENOVIA Black Box Exposure Testing team to evaluate new code to meet program needs. • Developed and Produced the India Offshore Training team. • Developed detail parts of 787 Main and Nose Landing gear. Work in a team environment completing process driven requirements in support of Airplane Configuration development such as: Develop surface definition of detail parts and control surface and other geometries using CATIA V5. • Facilitate Airplane level integration efforts using group established tools and processes. Work across LCPT teams to develop Airplane Configuration definition in a digital (CAD) environment. Drawing figures, plan forms, centerline, gear diagrams, inboard profiles, pitch/roll diagrams, wetted area summaries. • Developed Engineering organization configuration definition and integration of 787 Landing Gear and Airbus 340 Main Gear. • Developed Engineering organization configuration definition, modified and create new part • Developed structure Nose gear of Russian Regional Jet (RRJ) MLG, Airbus Military A400M Main Landing Gear and Dassault Falcon 7X Nose Landing Gear.
