Seattle, Washington, United States
I always want to be the first. The first to spring into action when a problem that arises, the first to solve an error that could otherwise halt progress, and the first to identify a problem before it even happens. I offer an extensive background, with my professional work experience stretching back to when I was 16 as the youngest intern at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport under the Operations Managers. I think in the future. 3 steps, 5 steps, and even 10 steps ahead. I want to foresee every avenue and mitigate negative effects to my work or to people affected by my work as much as possible. I have always shown an aptitude toward accessibility work and working with the public. I was an experienced retail sales specialist for a solid 3 years at T-Mobile. Being on the frontline of who the customers interact with on a daily basis, I have acquired the confidence and the brazenness to try new ways to understand what meets a customer's needs - and wants. After moving on to my current position at the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, I have interacted daily with the vulnerable public. I streamline the interviewing process in order to maximize efficiency in gathering and relaying information to my clients as well as being one of the most productive specialists on staff. Ultimately, I would like to continue this journey in touching as many people's lives as I can. Through my work, through my personal life, and through leaving lasting legacies. To influence communities and others to never stop innovating and making sure every interaction with every person leaves them feeling empowered and with a new perspective.
