*Responsible for the DIGITALL Partner Business growth and development *Lead and define partner focus strategy, vision and goals ( Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS) *Building trusted-advisor relationship with C-suite leaders of complex partners and align partners’ priorities, strategies, and goals with Digitall goals and strategy. *Establish a strategic business paths for all Strategic Alliances and Partners *Main point of contact from partners *Main point of expertise for any partner program and business related topics for internal stakeholders at Digitall *Liaise with business development, sales and delivery to ensure compliance *Consulting sales on partner/vendor opportunities from vendor perspective *Identify and consult on vendor/partner marketing and sales programs which support DIGITALL business growth and sales * Responsible for Alliances budget accuracy and control * Proven verbal and written communications skills to work effectively across internal and external organizations *Demonstrated experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams including direct and channel marketing, solution architect teams, product management and account management teams
*Lead Business and Partner Teams within the company - people and business operations management Partner / Alliance Management: *Creation, management and governance of the Bulpros Partner Program *Interface externally with Partners and Vendors for all related topics *Liaise with business and delivery to ensure compliancy *Main point of contact for all vendor and partner related activities * Managing strategic technology partners ( Microsoft, Salesforce, IBM, VMware, AWS) within the BULPROS Group to achieve 3rd party sales targets * Develop partner relationship & networking * Creation, management and governance of the Partner Program within Bulpros * Interface externally with Partner for all related topics * Liaise with business business development, sales and delivery to ensure compliance * Helping sales teams to generate more partner business * Optimizing 3rd party software business to achieve the recurring 3rd party revenue sales targets; * Consulting sales on partner / vendor opportunities from vendor perspective; * Working with technology vendors on specific business opportunities; * Identifying and consulting on vendor marketing and sales programs which supports BULPROS company strategy and sales; * Driving adoption of vendor programs among assigned technology vendors; Business Management: * Controls the Sales Performance by monitoring the sales results * Coordinates the preparation and accuracy of the company’s sales pipeline * Governs the Sales Processes * Leads Internal Sales Process optimization * Ensures planning, organizing, controlling, integrating, and completing of the sales processes * Escalates risks and implements risk management strategies

*** Vendor Program and Project Management: • Plan and lead the Vendor Management projects and activities for Europe, Middle East and Africa • Interface with the business for all vendor-related issues • Lead and implement programs to meet the Vendor Management metric goals and drive corrective action with the regions if required • Liaison with Global procurement, Finance to ensure vendor and business compliance • Prepare operational reviews and report on business performance • Drive with EMEA region/WW the procurement savings initiatives and support achieving the agreed targets • Drive process and policy compliance in EMEA related to Vendor management *** Partner Led Countries EMEA Lead: • Implementation of EMEA PLC Engagement Delivery Team • Outline a well-structured end-to-end TS/ GSD process for Partner Led Countries in EMEA • Escalations management for all Delivery and Business PLC related topics • Ensure proper transition of local tasks to EMEA Engagement Delivery Team • Operations management for EMEA Engagement Delivery Team, focused on service provided by the team at a high quality *** Managing Subcontractor Program for EMEA *** Transition Management – service and process transitions related to new companies acquired by the company and transition and centralization of services managed in other countries
