• Designed and conducted individual and group therapeutic activities for older adults and patients with dementia, modifying and developing activities to cater to individual patient needs. • Facilitated activities targeting multiple cognitive domains and administered the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA). • Conducted staff workshops focused on psychoeducation about narcissism and strategies to effectively manage and overcome challenges when working with individuals exhibiting narcissistic traits. . • Conducted a workshop for staff on effective communication skills and teambuilding strategies to enhance collaboration and workplace cohesion. • Maintained detailed clinical notes, observations, and activity documentation.
Observed patient intake, history-taking, and one-on-one sessions conducted by Psychiatrists and Resident Doctors in the Psychiatric OPD and Child Paediatric Centre. Attended case discussions and patient interviews and patient updates in the IPD. Visited the Autism School within the hospital and observed clinical work done with children. Observed one-on-one sessions conducted by Counselling Psychologists with parents and children at the Early Intervention and Rehabilitation Centre for Children (EIRCC).
Provided 13 weeks of online pro-bono counselling to adults under professional supervision. Conceptualised cases and implemented evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Maintained detailed session notes and developed weekly session plans.
Observed students from all grades in one of the Akansha schools and provided offline therapy to primary grade and secondary grade clients, under supervision. Facilitated two workshops for Grade 9 students focused on building awareness around body shaming, bullying, and their emotional impact, while also encouraging self-love and empathy. Additionally, designed age appropriate Circle Time session plans for Grades 1 and 2.
