About

I founded Top Nutrition & Fitness at 23 with one employee and a small storefront in Montreal. Nearly a decade later, it has grown into a seven-figure, multi-channel retail and e-commerce business serving customers across Canada and the U.S. — built lean, structured, and intentionally. From the beginning, I focused on differentiation in an industry driven by promotions and price competition — elevating both in-store and online experience through curated sourcing, premium positioning, and strong customer relationships. We were early adopters of Shopify within a brick-and-mortar environment and among the first locally to fully integrate e-commerce into retail operations. We were also early adopters of AI-powered tools across our website and workflows, leveraging automation and data-driven optimization ahead of much of the traditional retail landscape. Nearly ten years later, we still ship orders same day — without sacrificing service. My philosophy is simple: stay ahead of the curve without losing the human connection. Growth should strengthen systems, margin, and brand identity — not dilute them. Over time, I built a lean, structured organization supported by a full-time manager, retail team, virtual support, and specialized fractional partners across finance, CRO, email marketing, paid media, and inventory forecasting. Bringing in financial expertise shifted my focus from revenue growth to EBITDA, cash flow discipline, and long-term enterprise value. I remain deeply hands-on across Shopify infrastructure, AI integration, inventory strategy, retention optimization, and financial modeling — translating in-store buyer psychology into high-converting digital experiences. Because I still interact with customers face-to-face, I bring a perspective many digital-first operators miss: not just what customers want to buy, but how they want to buy it — what builds trust and creates loyalty beyond short-term tactics. We have customers who have placed hundreds of repeat orders over the years. Durability matters more to me than rapid growth alone. In parallel, I advise Shopify SaaS founders, helping bridge product innovation with real-world operator impact.
