Key deliverables: •Ensure biscuits category growth and all KPI”S are achieved as per plans; •Ensure marketing brand plans are transpose into trade; •Ensure that brands plans are communicate to the channels and there are integrate into the customers plans; •Make connection between category strategy and customers strategy. Main responsibilities: •Coordinate and develop the trade marketing strategies to achieve defined business objectives for the biscuits category ; •Responsible for the development of the category plans and budget; •Develop, communicate and ensure implementation of the major event for biscuits category; •Due to the category budget , develop trade discounts matrix by channel type, recommend and monitoring implementations; •Contribute to the company’s goals and objectives and improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance; •Establishing channel strategies regarding biscuits category, markets and implement associated plans; •Establish the universe, recommend planograms, assure listing and implementing of the NPD category strategies; •Responsible for trade marketing / category management process and finding solutions to grow The biscuits category; •Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns; •Develop and deploy sales and trade tracking reports, ensure communication across all related parties; •Working with sales team to understand the need of POSM materials, then execute all implementation of POSM (design, how to fill strategies).
Main Objective: To contribute to the goals and targets monthly by coordinating and directing its resources on achieving sales activities in the most effective and efficient way. Establish and oversee contracts management plan in order to get the values and volumes, to ensure contract compliance and to predict potential risks. Key deliverables: • Ensure and deliver revenue and profit growth set as objective/customer; • Follow and supervise the achievement of the agreed KPI’s indicators; • Deliver the asset P&L per brand/category/customer; • Meet expectations, delivered at set deadline and in the budgets defined per each assignment; • Ensure client satisfaction targets. Main responsibilities: • Leads development for Customers: decide customer priorities and opportunities with appropriate funding ensuring quality delivery of company's commercial objectives; • Monitors execution monthly/quarterly by case; • Monthly business reports to the internal and to the International team; • Analysis profitability of the accounts; develops specific customer plans for range, merchandising, promotions; • Drive, monitor & benchmark achievement of qualitative and quantitative KPI’s: distribution, shelf, pricing, merchandising;CFR; • Regular filed visits and relationship building at store level; • Negotiates and implements targeted plans for range, shelf space, promotions, pricing, service; • Assure and agree the range of products, prepare and agree the trade marketing programs, and the planograms with the customer. • Presents monthly reports regarding sales performance and managed accounts profitability; • Prepares an account file that represents the current situation within the account in terms of the key sales drivers.

• This time my activity is concentrate for the mass market field and my currently clients was Diverta, Metro, Altex, Domo, Pic, Carrefour; • I am working in the same team with the KA Coordinator for a constant development of the clients and for establish new selling strategies • I am constantly elaborating reports and detailed statistics regarding the selling level for every client and/or every products range • Constant co-operation with the marketing and acquisitions department for solving the clients' requests • Market research and the identification of new potential clients • The negotiation of the contracts and closing the deals • Oversee the competition in order to be informed about any change on the market • Elaboration of the annual budgets • I am responsible for attaining the monthly selling target and personal objectives ; • Key-user for the company in the implementation of SAP.
