As an associate in White & Case’s global litigation practice, I represent clients in cross-border disputes, complex business disputes, and other high-stakes litigation in the U.S. and European Union. My experience spans cases involving high-stakes trials, international arbitrations, corporate restructurings, and regulatory investigations. My practice focuses on representing leading technology and social media companies globally, including on cases concerning data privacy (GDPR), intermediary liability, contract disputes, fraud, defamation, and white-collar investigations. I also represent multinational companies from a wide range of other industries including consumer goods, food and beverage, and banking. Along with my litigation work, I am deeply committed to pro bono efforts. I frequently represent individuals and non-profits in cases concerning criminal justice, asylum claims, and civil rights. I am a member of White & Case’s Asian Affinity Network. Received and accepted return offer from 1L summer at White & Case in Los Angeles (2021) for 2L summer (2022).
Interned for Brooklyn Defender Services, Kings County's public defense agency, through 2L school year as part of the Family Defense Clinic at NYU Law. Represented indigent parents alongside another legal intern and a social work intern. Developed case strategy and prepared Respondents for a dispositional hearing, a fact-finding hearing, and permanency hearings. Wrote and delivered direct and cross examinations and a closing argument over ten appearances in Kings County (Brooklyn) Court. Argued evidentiary objections at each appearance. Conducted research for and wrote an appellate stay application and an affirmation to deny expert witness certification. Strategically negotiated with opposing counsel.
Participated in a part-time secondment from White & Case with Facebook’s in-house litigation team for the last two weeks of the White & Case summer program. Worked directly under the Associate General Counsel for Facebook's ongoing domestic litigation.
