I work at the intersection of AI, go-to-market strategy, and structured problem-solving, one Vietnamese iced brew at a time. Currently working with AI/SaaS companies on growth, building the systems that generate pipeline, not just the decks that describe them. Outbound infrastructure, automation tooling, content strategy, ICP definition. All in-house, all shipped. Outside of that, I've worked on policy and strategy, government, ministry-level, and public infrastructure. Different domain, same muscle. 📩 [email protected]
Every company sits on signals it cannot see. Othor is rebuilding business intelligence from first principles so the things that matter find the leader, before anyone thinks to ask. My role is to shape how Othor is understood from the outside, through its positioning, its narrative, and the design partners who turn early pilots into proof. The same story that earns a customer's trust is the one that earns an investor's, so I also help the founder tell it to investors.
A Belgian supply-chain AI platform wanted to enter India, a market that had never heard of it. There was no presence, no pipeline, no playbook. My role was to build the entry from nothing, owning the whole motion from ICP definition and lead generation through outbound and a buyer-journey content strategy mapped across three industries and five personas. A blank slate became a working demand engine that delivered the market's first revenue, then widened into new geographies and new ICPs, each region built from scratch.

Built a small circle at Evolve where strategy met caffeine, held sessions, solved cases, and sometimes turned frameworks into Poker Chips. Learned plenty along the way.
Built forward-looking economic indexes and consolidated high-frequency data to map industry-wide shifts in demand and investment.
