Worked on the development of the front end using tools such as ReactJS and Django for the REST APIs.
Worked on Contract Digitization and Natural Language Processing. Used SpaCy and NLTK to perform Named Entity Recognition on contracts. Evaluated and analyzed datasets to generate fundamental insights into how to approach clause detection in contracts. Transformer models such as BERT and RoBERTa fine-tuned on the CUAD(Contract Understanding Atticus Dataset) dataset were used to identify various clauses in contracts. A proof of concept based on code submitted is in progress. The code submitted was able to correctly identify clauses like limitation of liability, termination clauses, etc.
