Payment Services monitoring and Settlements - To keep a check on services and ensure these services are up and running for the smooth functioning of NEFT & RTGS functionality. Check the transaction status through the dashboard (inward/outward) and is in intermediate Status, check and verify logs. Application monitoring – Ensuring the health of application, CPU and memory utilization by monitoring API and services using Dynatrace. For checking RTGS message types (Pacs.008, Pacs.009, Pacs.004, Camt.054, and Camt.059). For checking NEFT message types (N02, N03, N04, N06, N07, N08 and N10). Provides the solution for stuck transactions which is in intermediate status. Responding to user’s mail and query. Coordinating with other team if any issue with other interfacing channel like SFMS, MQ, and CBS etc. Providing support, the clients round the clock 24/7 globally. Performing EOD & SOD of Payment Application module of NEFT, RTGS. Follow policies to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of access to designate corporate and customer applications, databases, servers, and other systems. Coordinate with Application vendor to investigate and for resolve ongoing issues. Prepare Knowledge Base documents creation for handling Application. Maintaining issue tracker and communication with client to resolve them. Maintenance Good relationship with client/corporate customers. Using Linux environment for Application Backend support. Using SQL for provide user required data on daily basis.
