Dhruv comes with strong business experience. He has spent ~17 years scaling organisations, converting strategy to action and driving results backed by data (he's particularly passionate about inventing and applying Gen AI and ML solutions to drive decisions and productivity) From leading investments in PE (investing in growth companies), he went onto being part of the leadership team that grew ACT Fibernet from being a 700 Cr. firm to 2000 Cr. over 5 years (taking various strategic & operational roles). While at ACT he also set up their Analytics vertical. He is now a part of the leadership team at Amazon Pay, leading and transforming their data products vertical with the inclusion of Gen AI and ML. Dhruv loves learning and working with ambiguity, exploring new territories. In addition to being the engineer-MBA, he's studied astrology and is also a qualified Doctor of medicine.
