• Handling accounts of key brands and vendors for the category within the General Merchandise business unit as part of the core business of Flipkart. • Growth strategy for the category through brand and product development, monetization, pricing, selection optimization and key central tracks. • Stakeholder management in tandem with internal verticals and departments such as Marketing, Growth, Business Finance, Operations, Legal and support function teams. • Marketing - Monetization through Brand Ads properties such as CPC, CPD & CPM assets while also improving ROAS. • Analysis - Design and implementation of systems for sales and demand-based forecasting, sales and ops metrics such as DOH, DRR, etc. for strategic planning and growth charters. • Operations - Constant improvement of ops metrics such as SOH, Regional Utilisation, Space optimisation, Returns reduction, etc. • Handling and leading several central key projects that are crucial to category and company growth.
