I am an experienced Service and Systems Specialist with more than 20 years of expertise in medical imaging – ranging from CR/DR to digital X‑ray systems and fluoroscopy. My focus is on technical support, troubleshooting, international training, and guiding complete system lifecycles – from installation and maintenance to escalation management. In my current role at Agfa Radiology, I support customers, service engineers, and partners worldwide as a 1st- and 2nd‑level support specialist, acting as a key interface between Service, R&D, and manufacturers. Previously, I worked for more than twelve years at Carestream Health, where I was responsible for product rollouts, field tests, training programs, and process improvements.
