- The work entails working closely with onshore analysts and credit officers, while conducting in-depth credit risk analysis on large and mid-sized global corporations within the US and EMEA regions, with average revenue size >$10.0 billion. - Have prepared comprehensive annual reviews or credit memos for publicly listed and private corporations, involving internal/regulatory rating recommendations, business and financial risk assessment, industry and peer analysis, major risks and mitigating factors, capital structures analysis and covenant analysis, while obtaining information from sec filings like 10K, 10Q, 8K and call transcripts. - Building and updating detailed financial models, encompassing financial analysis, capital structure analysis, calculation of key credit quality determinants and financial projections (up to 7 years), while summarizing earnings commentaries for all covered companies. - In addition, supporting the on-shore analyst in preparing deal memos for new credit transactions and undertaking periodic company credit reviews to identify any adverse signs of credit deterioration, potential business/financial risks and to ensure that risks are mitigated in a timely manner.

Identifying the NPAs to be acquired from the financial institutions and analyzing the financial and business viability of the acquired assets. Analyzing credit agreements and loan documents. Building and updating credit models with 3-financial statements, projections, calculating credit ratios, and capital structure, and covenant analysis.
