SECURITY CONTRACT MANAGER June 2015 – August 2016 Laing O'Rourke: I spearheaded crime prevention and risk mitigation efforts by drafting and overseeing security plans, operational procedures, and policies at GGS (Grand Group Service). I conducted comprehensive audits of operations and performance to identify areas for improvement in incident management and access control. As the manager of the GGS Higher Management Team, I ensured smooth tendering processes and facilitated seamless contract transitions.
