Builder and engineering lead focused on decentralized systems that strengthen Ethereum’s neutrality, scalability, and accessibility. I currently lead Community Staking at Lido Finance — an open, permissionless staking module designed to empower solo and community stakers. As a builder, I’m most motivated by elegant protocol mechanics, high-assurance code, and DAO-first governance models. I thrive in async-native, remote teams working on complex systems — and I’m excited by opportunities to own critical pieces of the Ethereum stack. Technically, I operate across the stack — Solidity, Vyper, JS, and Python — with hands-on architecture experience across smart contracts, monitoring systems, fuzzing pipelines, and validator tooling.
Lead architecture and development of Lido’s Staking Modules, enabling ETH staking at scale. Own end-to-end validator onboarding design — prioritizing decentralization, client diversity, and security. Manage a 10-person cross-functional team across smart contracts, backend, QA, and research. Drive module design through DAO proposals, ecosystem collaboration, and iterative community feedback loops. Contribute to Ethereum-aligned infrastructure, from validator coordination to testnet monitoring tooling.
Built and deployed automated QA pipelines for Lido’s smart contract systems, testnets, and staking interfaces. Designed monitoring and diagnostic tools to support the reliability of validator flows across the Ethereum mainnet and testnets. Led a globally distributed team of 4+ engineers delivering backend infrastructure and Solidity testing.
Led QA strategy and implementation for large-scale distributed data systems (Python, pytest). Built out QA department from 0 to 15+ engineers, focusing on performance, reliability, and continuous integration.
