I am firmly committed to representing the legal interests of homeowners finding themselves in foreclosure situations, often predicated by illegal lender practices. In this regard and in addition to legal representation before the judiciary, I have given seminars to lay and professional alike and have spoken with members of the U.S. Congress, Maryland State Assembly and assisted the NAACP, at its request, collectively regarding legislative changes for the benefit of Maryland homeowners.
Practice consists of litigation in all state, federal and appellate courts in Maryland, D.C. and for the D.C. and 4th Federal Circuits.
