In my practice I work in a deliberate and culturally conscious manner to support my clients and their families meet their therapeutic goals. I acknowledge the impact of whiteness and work to be part of a multidisciplinary team that champions diversity and inclusion. My therapeutic modalities include narrative, ACT, and mindfulness. I also utilize The Response Abilities Pathways "Circle of Courage" when working with disengaged youth and their families. I have worked with the medical model of psychiatric interventions as well as the psycho social model of recovery. I am currently enrolled in the Masters in Youth Mental Health at the University of Melbourne with a focus in Early Psychosis and forecasted to graduate in 2027
As Clinical Lead at headspace, I provide strategic and clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based mental health services for young people. I oversee multidisciplinary teams, supporting clinicians to deliver safe, effective, and youth-centred care across psychological, social, and physical wellbeing domains. My role involves clinical governance, supervision, and continuous service improvement to enhance engagement, outcomes, and accessibility for young people aged 12–25. I work collaboratively with internal teams, community partners, and external stakeholders to ensure integrated, trauma-informed, and inclusive service delivery. With a strong background in mental health, clinical supervision, and leadership, I’m passionate about empowering clinicians, promoting early intervention, and fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and innovation in youth mental health care.
I completed my clinical placement as a Case Manager within the WAAC Social Support Program, I provide holistic, person-centred support to individuals living with or affected by HIV and those facing complex social and health challenges. My role focuses on empowering clients through advocacy, psychosocial support, and practical assistance that promotes wellbeing, dignity, and inclusion. I work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure clients have access to appropriate health, housing, and social services. Guided by principles of harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and social justice, I aim to strengthen resilience and foster connection across diverse communities. I am deeply committed to reducing stigma, promoting sexual health awareness, and enhancing quality of life for people experiencing social isolation or marginalisation. Through compassionate engagement and evidence-based practice, I strive to create a safe, inclusive environment where every person feels supported and valued.
