Born in 1983. Graduated as a Master in Psychology in 2007. I started as staff member responsible for formation and communication at the Belgian Don Bosco Youth Service vzw. After three years I started postgraduate studies in Business Administration at Leuven School of Business and Economics. Started working as Development Consultant for Dynamo and School for Recruitment in 2010 (cultural analysis, models of excellence, formation on topics as leadership).
