Sourcegraph is the code control platform. We help the owners of the largest and most complex codebases in the world deeply understand and evolve them. We bring clarity and control in the face of a tidal wave of change. I lead global hiring across Engineering, Product, and Design, partnering closely with executives and leaders to build and scale the teams behind our products. My work focuses on developing recruiting strategies that support rapid growth while maintaining a strong candidate and hiring manager experience. I collaborate closely with leadership, People Ops, Finance, and Marketing to forecast hiring needs, improve recruiting systems and processes, and strengthen our employer brand in competitive global talent markets. I also managed a global team of technical recruiters, working to create a collaborative, high-performing recruiting organization while continuing to stay hands-on in the hiring process. Most recently, I supported hiring efforts for Amp, the frontier AI coding agent that enables developers to harness the full power of leading models. Amp spun out of Sourcegraph in December 2025 to become an independent research lab. I care deeply about building inclusive hiring practices, strengthening recruiting infrastructure, and making sure talent acquisition operates as a true strategic partner to the business.

I managed all strategy and operations of the New York office. I trained and mentored recruiters and managers with a focus on performance and career growth. I developed high-performing recruiting teams that operated well above industry benchmarks. I led a team that specialized in Product Management, Engineering, Design, Creative, and Marketing roles.
