Key responsibilities: • Reported to the Managing Director. • Sales, ordering stock, quality control, delivering stock, and following up on payments. • Dealing with clients across South Africa. • Sourced new suppliers. • Managed the relationship with existing brands, including negotiating prices. • Managed the logistics of transporting stock from manufacturers in Gauteng and organized deliveries to clients. • First point of contact for clients for sales enquiries and for product assistance. • Account management of Fidelity and G4S including supplying and servicing of high-end locks for their cash-in-transit trucks.
