-Oversaw store-led activations, taking ownership of the planning, execution, and reporting of bi-monthly programming for 100+ stores. -Developed comprehensive training programs, communication strategies, and standard operating procedures to ensure successful store-led activations along with managing the budgets and expenses associated with store activations, effectively allocating resources to maximize impact and drive results. -Created event toolkits every other month, providing recommended event ideas, outreach templates, and highlighting top-performing activations. -Led a cross-functional project to rewrite and enhance the training, best practices manual, creative toolkits, and operations of our clienteling tool, Endear. -Developed the marketing programming for Rent the Runway’s sample sales, managing placements in local happenings accounts, print collateral, balloon installations, shared discounts at surrounding businesses, personalized clienteling outreach, complimentary CPG product, features in email newsletters from malls, business development districts, and chambers of commerce, and secured influencers. -Designed comprehensive field marketing strategies for the first three months of New Store Operations, focusing on driving awareness and foot traffic.
-Worked closely with Brand Partnerships and across other departments to strategize marketing support based on brands’ KPI’s and broader quarterly initiatives -Own all in-store activations, ranging from product launches to customization events with local vendors to harness organic and earned traffic -Strategized cross-functionally to create standard operating procedures, event briefs, and run of show templates for our three store locations -Nurtured relationships with property teams in Austin, Dallas, and New York City, collaborating with their marketing teams to drive traffic to Neighborhood Goods, assisted with reporting on property metrics like demographics, traffic, and customer personas, and securing OOH opportunities -Managed several copywriting projects like Neighborhood Goods’ blog which covered everything from collection highlights, featuring local businesses, and founder interviews
