Implementation Manager with a wealth of software implementation experience currently working at Moveworks to help build and deploy autonomous AI that provides instant help at work. I am currently leading a team of Implementation Managers at Moveworks helping build, implement, and operationalize Moveworks, an agentic AI Assistant for employee support.
After 2 years as an Implementation Manager at Moveworks, I transitioned into a management role supporting a team of IMs focused on deploying generative AI to our enterprise client base, while helping customers optimize and enhance the implementation of the Moveworks platform to automatically and autonomously provide their employees instant help at work. • Gather and develop requirements documentation necessary to implement new clients into Direct Billing and Dependent Verification systems, complete system configuration based on individual client needs, train and help transition ongoing processing requirements to Benefit System Administrators • Develop and implement test plans, test system changes and enhancements to ensure completeness and accuracy, partner with developers to ensure system functionality and project requirements are met • Serve as the communication liaison between consultants, external clients and our internal team of system developers
• Oversee Benefit System Administrators handling the billing of 40+ benefits outsourcing clients; produce personalized employee benefit invoices; receive and manage hundreds of thousands of benefit payments daily • Supervise billing processes run on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis; monitor and improve current processes to increase efficiency and reduce potential human error • Complete procedural and technical system setup for various new client implementations; leverage SQL, Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Access for implementation as well as ongoing clients • Support various college recruitment efforts both on and off-campus; serve as one of six team members responsible for the Early Career Development Program and ECD online learning portal; honored as the 2018 Rookie of the Year recognizing the most accomplished and highest performing new-hire across the entire Benefits Outsourcing line of business
• Researched and published 120+ blog posts in a 6-month period that generated more than 130,000 views with a 60% read- through rate; wrote on topics such as lifestyle, health, fitness, productivity, and self-improvement • Remotely work with clients throughout the United States to define content needs and project scope; write and edit SEO- optimized blog, article, and website content according to specific client requirements • Manage several ongoing freelance projects at once; coordinate marketing, sales, budgeting, requirements gathering, and scoping of each new client project
